It is typically designed for LAMP architecture but it is equally good for Windows based servers and SQL Engine. People can be of two categories: either buyer or seller on this website. A buyer can post a request to which sellers will respond with a quote of price. The buyer and seller can negotiate and decide the requirements just like some blog. Once a buyer selects a coder, rest of the coders wont be able to negotiate any further and will be notified that they have lost that bid. Payment can be made online using PayPal and the buyer will receive money in their account (released from escrow) after completion of work. Later, the money can be transferred to them through cheque or pay-pal.
