Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and is interested in developing a career in Human Resources.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help maintain candidate databases, employee records, and HR documents.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and team members regarding hiring progress.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related activities, events, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage and update HR spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation.
  • Handle basic administrative and support tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
