Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Call Centre Agent to join our Business Acceleration Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and supporting the acceleration of business processes. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Support:

Respond to inbound and outbound calls from clients, prospects, and internal teams, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly.

Business Process Acceleration:

Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline business operations and improve efficiency by leveraging customer feedback and insights from daily interactions.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Data Collection & Reporting:

Record and track customer interactions, feedback, and trends using CRM tools and internal systems. Provide regular reports and updates to the Business Acceleration Team regarding customer pain points and service opportunities.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Support the team in generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls with senior team members.

Problem Resolution:

Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing effective solutions while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Business Acceleration Team and other departments to implement strategies aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and business growth.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in training programs and performance reviews, always seeking to improve skills and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call centre experience, preferably in a business or sales environment.
Working in a Cloud services company is a big plus.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
