Job Summary

CHROMEIS is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bidding Manager to join our Business Acceleration Team. In this role, you’ll manage and oversee the entire bidding process, ensuring that proposals are competitive, compelling, and aligned with CHROMEIS’s service offerings. Your focus will be to secure new projects, maintain client trust, and accelerate business growth through strategic bidding and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Bidding Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and respond to project opportunities on business platforms.
  • Draft  proposals tailored to web hosting, VPS, reseller hosting, SEO, app development, and digital marketing services.
  • Ensure proposals are client-focused, detailed, and demonstrate value-added solutions.

Market Research & Opportunity Tracking

  • Monitor trends in hosting, cloud, and IT services to identify potential bidding opportunities.
  • Track competitor strategies and pricing models.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and clients.

Client Communication & Relationship Building

  • Engage with prospects professionally, respond to queries, and build trust through strong communication.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and support the Business Acceleration Team in closing deals.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by ensuring consistent professionalism and timely responses.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance, conversion rates, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare documentation, case studies, and client portfolios.
  • Work on Team Collaboration & Growth.
  • Work closely with the sales, content, and technical teams to craft accurate and persuasive proposals.
  • Contribute ideas to improve strategies, templates, and client communication.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to align proposals with Chromeis’s brand voice and growth strategy.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of bidding experience
  • Previous experience in IT, SaaS, or hosting services is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Strong written communication and proposal drafting skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into winning solutions.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and market positioning.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and bidding platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation and follow-up abilities.
