Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Overview:

The Salesforce Architect designs, develops, and maintains robust Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while ensuring long-term sustainability, security, and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices including architectural patterns, integration strategies, data management, security measures, and strategies to support scalability. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of addressing technical and logical challenges through creative and well-founded solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, considering architectural patterns such as single-org versus multi-org approaches as appropriate.
2. Lead technical design discussions, ensuring integration of Salesforce with external systems using proven technologies and strategies.
3. Architect robust security solutions by incorporating best practices and industry standards to protect data and maintain privacy.
4. Design and execute data management strategies to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across Salesforce platforms.
5. Evaluate and select appropriate tools and methodologies to support business requirements, including considerations for system scalability, performance, and high availability.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, assess project needs, and translate business goals into technical architectures.
7. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly, both in written form and through presentations, to various stakeholders.
8. Apply strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and optimize system functionality.
9. Stay current with new Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends to continually improve and refine architectural practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience designing and executing Salesforce architectures with a focus on integration, scalability, data management, and security.
2. Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-org and single-org deployment strategies, and the ability to assess suitability for specific scenarios.
3. Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems, selecting appropriate integration methodologies and technologies.
4. Demonstrated expertise in implementing security best practices within Salesforce environments, including data protection strategies.
5. Familiarity with designing workflows, data models, and performance optimization strategies within a scalable and secure framework.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
7. Analytical mindset with strong logical reasoning skills, capable of approaching complex challenges methodically.
8. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
