Our data center and technical support center, both, are located in San Jose, California, US. While we try our best to resolve any issues before hand, the process may take time and cannot be resolved on phone. For that matter, please note that we do not offer phone support.
We believe in customers having due understanding when dealing with technology. When you log your request using below contact form, your request will be received by Level 1 support engineers. You will immediately receive an auto confirmation email followed by a response within 24 hours.
Technical issues may occur, if your request requires insight, your request will automatically be forwarded to level 2 support engineers to resolve those as soon as possible. Your request will be responded within 24 hours.
If the problem is urgent, please mark your email with high priority and mention the severity of problem. Our promised response time remains 24 hours; although in most cases our response time is 4-6 hours.
