Emails are bounced from hotmail, Live and Outlook

Only the customers using above Name Servers should be concerned.
Some of our customers using Windows based packages are facing problem when sending emails to any email address @hotmail.com or @live.com or @outlook.com -as such, the emails are bouncing because the IP is blocked.
We’d like to apologize for such annoying situation you’re dealing with. This is mainly because there is no response from hotmail about the blocking of emails shot from CHROMEIS and we’ve not received any reply from them so far.
We’re aware there is an issue with Hotmail.com, Outlook.com and Live.com e-mail accounts being unable to receive some emails from CHROMEIS email servers associated with above name servers. Please accept our apologies. Hotmail must unblock the email in order to make this work. I’d like to assure you that technical team is doing the best on resolving it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, since we understand how unpleasant this situation might be for you, we have found a workaround for this issue. Below tutorial will guide you on how to manually add us to your Safe Senders list in your hotmail email account:

Unfortunately, you’d have to request to everyone using hotmail/live/outlook whom you’re sending email to. That is the only available solution at this moment
As every hosting company in the business we are exposed to attacks and threats like abusing shared server for spamming. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent every case, but we are doing everything we can to minimize such events.
